Stonelock Paving
Introducing Stonelock Paving, the ideal solution for a future-proof driveway.
You may have seen this product advertised on television as "Natural Paving".
Here at Urban, we call it "Stonelock Paving" to avoid confusion with our Natural Stone Paving range, a different product altogether.
The Stonelock system will give you a beautiful, even finish on driveways and pathways, while still having some flexibility and “give”. This last feature is particularly suitable for Christchurch's shaky climate!
Here’s how it works. The Stonelock system is a plastic honeycomb mat of 40mm cells with a permeable weedmat attached underneath it. This keeps the mat buried and it invisibly locks pebbles in place giving a natural look, while still offering all the benefits of a "hard pavement" finish. Once installed, the Stonelock is then filled with the stones of your choice – ensuring even coverage and minimising movement and slipping of the stones.
Stonelock is an economical alternative to concrete or asphalt, offering the stability of a hard surface while maintaining natural drainage and appearance. Come on down to Urban Paving and feel the Stonelock difference! |
